Wish it from Shenron (Normal Shenron).

Unlock Desert (Evening):
Complete Yamcha Game - Level 2.

Unlock Desert (Night)
Complete Cell Game - Level 2.

Unlock Janemba Hell:
Complete Dragon History Special Saga 'Janemba'.

Unlock Muscle Tower Dragon:
Complete History Dragon Ball Saga 'Decisive Battle in Holy Place'.

Pick a Dragon

I know this is long but bear with me. Ok so I know that you can get one of three dragons: regular green Shenron, red Shenron, or the guy from Namek (Portuga?). Anyway, I know that it takes WAY to long to just collect the dragonballs and hope for the dragon you want. Well, I'm here to help. First off, collect the dragonballs (I found that the easiest place to do is on the last level of the Android Saga, where you're Trunks then Super Trunks, and you go against Cell. Smash all of the building around you, and most of the time you will get a Dragonball. However, if you throw him or if you get hurled into a building, or if a beam is used on the building (Kamehameha, Special Beam Cannon, etc) then you will not get it.). After that save, then go to the shenron option. Depending on where you are will depend on which Eternal Dragon you get. IE, if you're on earth, you get green Shenron, if you're on (I AM SOOOOOO SORRY THAT I FORGOT THIS NAME) the place where Kami and Mr. Popo are then you get Red Shenron, and if you're on Namek then you get Portuga (again, not sure on name). If you get the dragon you want then congrads. If you don't, before you even make you're wish(es), hit the home button (on the Wii remote (looks like a little house)), and restart. It can take a while because you have to go through the entire beginning section again, and it might not work the first couple of times, but I promise you that it works. I collected all 7 dragonballs twice and was able to epmty out Portuga (name) in those two times by doing this. Hope this Helps a lot.
